We want every homeowner who reaches Normallytwitter Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Normallytwitter Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
